Surge increase your power based on KO so pretty much if Fu Xi has around 700ko he can literally kill any officers with just 5 atks of his s-string. One more thing is, his wo4u skill tree has a skill to give more dmg to mid air enemy, so i have to use surge. The wo4u Fu Xi really remind me of myself when i first play dw3 in the early 2010s and just know to spam the square. Just use harpe, and then spam the square button, i dont even care to use his charge atks or even spirit charge.
And thankfully, with reach makes his atk string extremely large (since his hitbox is the sw type, not the ridiculous dw type) so he hardly drop a single enemy when attacking.
